THE DEVELOPMENT EVENTS
PROJECT
Context: As part of the Employee Development strategy, Amdaris organized two significant events regularly: "Tell & Show" and "Tech & Wine." The "Tell & Show" event was a 30-minute high-level meeting during their Friday shared breakfast, during which employees were encouraged to share their fun facts, talents, or technical knowledge. "Tech & Wine" was a quarterly event focused on in-depth technical discussions paired with wine and dinner that lasted two to three hours after work.
Action: I was in charge of developing the internal marketing strategy for events that would engage employees both as speakers and participants. I also supported the HR team in getting the event venue ready with all the required materials and took pictures during the events to capture the most unforgettable moments, which were then shared on the company's social media channels.
Outcome: The events were well-attended. Most employees were present during the Tell & Show, except those occupied with client or team meetings. The Tech & Wine events consistently drew an attendance rate of 40 to 50%, which is impressive given that they took place outside of regular working hours. The employees were enthusiastic about these events, to the point where some of them filmed a video to capture the atmosphere. It was shot by a software developer who was passionate about videography in collaboration with me.
THE MENTOR KITS
PROJECT
Context: After launching an internal mentorship program, Amdaris wanted to provide mentors with something symbolic yet special during the announcement ceremony. The budget allocated for each package was approximately 20 euros.
Action: I created a mentor kit packed in a jar. The kit included a customized T-shirt that identified the wearer as a mentor, a distinctive mentor lanyard and ID badge, and a pack of Mentos candy with one letter altered. I ordered custom "r" stickers to match the other letters.
Outcome: The idea was received very well. The personalized T-shirts generated a lot of buzz because each shirt had a unique and humorous message for the mentor. Everyone was excited to see what the message would be on their t-shirt. We realized that creating different messages for all mentors would be challenging, but we kept the idea as it added more excitement and care than having a generic T-shirt for everyone.
I executed all the projects showcased here as part of my employer branding strategy while at Adm In Me, Amdaris, or AllCloud. I also took all the photos on this website.
