THE ONBOARDING

PROJECT

Context: The first few weeks of a new job can leave a lasting impression on the new employees. That's why it's crucial to make the onboarding process easy and pleasant. By providing new hires with all the necessary tools and access to their job, they can quickly integrate into the company and feel valued from day one.

Action: My onboarding strategy includes a key element: an extensive introductory resource in the form of either a printed/digital handbook or a presentation. This resource serves as a roadmap to assist new hires in understanding the company's culture, mission, values, expectations, programs, policies, and other essential information they need to succeed.

Outcome: My approach facilitates a smooth integration process. New hires are empowered with the necessary knowledge to thrive within the organization, fostering a more cohesive and productive work environment.

THE WELCOME PACKAGE

PROJECT

Context: When I joined Amdaris, they were lacking a welcome package. As a temporary solution, the HR team used different branded event materials to welcome the new hires.

Action: When creating the welcome package (as seen in the video), my main concerns were to ensure that it was of top-notch quality, practical, eco-friendly, and had an element of surprise. The goal was to create a memorable brand experience. The selection of merchandise was carefully curated to offer new hires items that they would be excited to use.

Outcome: A thoughtful Amdaris welcome! Every new hire, whether in the office or remote, received a beautifully branded box filled with high-quality and practical items. From useful swag to the famous umbrella (a nod to UK weather where the headquarters was), the package fostered a sense of belonging and brand pride among new employees. The surprise element, in the form of the branded box, sparked curiosity and anticipation.

I executed all the projects showcased here as part of my employer branding strategy while at Adm In Me, Amdaris, or AllCloud. I also took all the photos on this website.
