THE NEWSLETTER

PROJECT

Context: AllCloud has a diverse team with members from North America, Israel, Romania, and DACH, which brings unique perspectives but also presents communication and operational challenges due to cultural differences.

Action: I tackled communication challenges by introducing a quarterly newsletter to engage and inform the employees. The newsletter provided regular updates on company events, achievements, learning opportunities, and team-building activities across all centers. It also highlighted the cultural aspects of each center and promoted the AllCloud Gives Back volunteer program.

Outcome: The newsletter's opening rate was 75% at its lowest and 93% at its highest. I tried to improve every issue by taking employee feedback and including new topics that interested them. The newsletter also tracked the progress of the Employee Success department.

COMPANY TEAMBUILDINGS

PROJECT

Context: As part of the engagement strategy, team buildings were organized to boost morale and strengthen connections among team members.

Action: While working at Adm In Me, Amdaris, and AllCloud, I regularly organized team-building activities such as rowing, bowling, go-karting, painting, cooking, escape rooms, axe-throwing, movie nights, and other fun events either by myself or in partnership with the HR department. I also organized theme days in the office, such as back-to-school day, dress in the color of our flag day, or holidays like Halloween, Women's Day, Programmers Day, and more.

Outcome: On average, 80-90% of employees attended team-building events, and around 70% followed the dress code according to the theme. These numbers, along with the feedback received, suggest that people enjoyed these activities, increasing their camaraderie.

COMPANY EVENTS

PROJECT

Context: The companies I worked for held one or two annual company parties.

Action: At Adm In Me, I have conceptualized and organized three engaging events: two summer parties and a winter celebration.  At Amdaris and AllCloud, I leveraged my creativity to develop exciting event concepts, visuals, and communication campaigns, increasing employee enthusiasm for HR-organized events.

Outcome: Despite facing challenges during the planning process, the events exceeded expectations, as evidenced by employees' feedback and the videos and photos.

I executed all the projects showcased here as part of my employer branding strategy while at Adm In Me, Amdaris, or AllCloud. I also took all the photos on this website.
