A COLD APPROACH WITH A TWIST
PROJECT
Context: In 2021, Amdaris recruiters struggled to approach LinkedIn candidates who stopped responding due to a rapidly growing IT market in Moldova. The overflow of messages from competing companies created a saturated market with unresponsive candidates.
Action: Recognizing the trend of people preferring videos over images and text, proven by TikTok's success, I created a recruitment video to attract potential candidates. To achieve this, I oversaw every aspect of the project, including developing the creative concept, writing the script, selecting the filming company, and negotiating rates. I also rehearsed with the recruiters who appeared in the video on the tonality and gesturing. I’ve scouted the filming locations and coordinated with the videographer to ensure a successful shoot.
Outcome: The rate of response from approached candidates increased by 40%.
Note: Although Amdaris operates in English, we produced the videos in Romanian and Russian to establish a more personalized connection with our target audience, who primarily spoke these languages.

THE eNPS RESULTS
PROJECT
Context: AllCloud conducted biannual eNPS surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
Action: I noticed that the company's rating has steadily improved over the last three years. To display the company's values and celebrate its remarkable achievements, which are very challenging to maintain, I created a video using the PowToon application. The video was shared on the company's social media pages to entice potential candidates and increase employee pride.
Outcome: Through this project, I uncovered the genuine brand ambassadors within AllCloud's workforce. The video was shared by 34 employees, either by reposting from the company's page or through personal sharing. I later approached these employees for other projects since I knew they would agree. Additionally, the recruitment team started using this video during interviews to convince potential candidates that AllCloud is a company worth considering as an employer.
THE INTERNSHIP
PROJECT
Context: Amdaris' internship program fosters a knowledge-sharing culture and develops a talented pool of professionals. The company takes the training program seriously and aims to recruit top performers while passing on essential skills.
Action: I managed the internship program's engagement and had to develop and implement social media and university campaigns to attract potential candidates and promote the program. I created engaging content such as banners, articles, videos, and posts to showcase the internship experience throughout the program. I also organized onboarding events such as company orientation, icebreakers, and graduation ceremonies for interns. Lastly, I conducted surveys to gather feedback on improving future internship programs.
Outcome: The company was receiving hundreds of applications. The volume of applications grew with each edition, leading them to extend the program from 15-20 to 25-30 participants to allow more applicants to experience it. The post-graduation employment rate ranged from 50% to 90%.

THE SECRET RECRUITMENT
PROJECT
In 2020, during a period of significant company growth, we noticed that we were not attracting enough employees from our competitors. As a result, we conducted thorough research on our competitors' employees' pain points and indirectly offered them a solution to their problems. We aimed to demonstrate that Amdaris’ company culture aligns perfectly with their aspirations.
