THE “ALLSTORIES BLOG”
PROJECT
Context: During casual conversations with AllClouders, I identified some great stories, which led to the creation of the AllStories Blog series, a blog series in which every AllClouder’s story matters.
Action: Stories are a powerful way to connect with people. I wanted to provide a platform for employees to share their unique stories about how AllCloud has impacted their lives, celebrate what they care about most, and inspire people worldwide. This series aimed to bring customers, partners, or potential candidates closer to AllClouders and help them understand what motivates them to choose this company every single day!
Outcome: The employee gained recognition and was spotlighted for having an interesting story to tell. The story was shared on various internal and external platforms, including social media, and the employee also shared it with their own audience. This helped introduce AllCloud to new audiences and increased company pride among the employees.
ATLAS LEGEND AWARDS
PROJECT
Context: To maintain its status as a Premier Consulting Partner of AWS and Salesforce, AllCloud had to fulfill certain requirements, including having a certain number of certified employees.
Action: To motivate employees to get certified, the Learning & Development department partnered with me and produced "The ATLAS Legend Awards" program to recognize AllClouders who are shaping the future of cloud innovation by becoming masters of cloud technology while inspiring others. Winners were split into two categories: mentors and students.
Outcome: The company maintained its status; employees got certified, won prizes, and were recognized both internally and externally through Slack channels, the quarterly newsletter, the intranet, the company’s blog, and social media platforms.
I executed all the projects showcased here as part of my employer branding strategy while at Adm In Me, Amdaris, or AllCloud. I also took all the photos on this website.
