CSR EVENTS

PROJECT

Context: Engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities can help companies improve employee retention. When employees participate in these activities, they feel a deeper connection to their company beyond their work responsibilities. This connection can give them a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment, which benefits not only the employees but also the company and the environment.

Action: While working at Amdaris, I organized CSR events in partnership with local NGOs, including the "Amdaris forest" project and "Clean up days." They involved clients who donated so that volunteers could plant trees in their name. When not planting trees, I organized clean-up events in parks and public spaces throughout the city.

Outcome: The employees showed great enthusiasm and willingness to participate in the CSR projects. While the plantation initiative was more successful than the clean-up efforts, the latter did not experience any lack of engagement. All participants received digital certificates acknowledging their participation, which they proudly shared on their social media accounts. The local media covered the activities.

CSR REPORT

PROJECT

Context: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) played a vital role in Amdaris' culture. The CEOs had a unique vision for it, considering it not only as a future goal but also as a business model that should be reflected in everyday actions. Their sustainable enablement principles had people, planet, and profit as the driving forces. When I began working at Amdaris, I took charge of and led the regional CSR program.

Action: I suggested creating annual reports to demonstrate the company's commitment to its objectives. The plan was to share these reports on social media to improve transparency, enhance the brand's image, gain a competitive advantage, and promote employee engagement and retention.

Outcome: This idea resulted in Amdaris receiving free mass media exposure. Local media outlets took reports from the company's website and shared them as an example of best practices.

I executed all the projects showcased here as part of my employer branding strategy while at Adm In Me, Amdaris, or AllCloud. I also took all the photos on this website.
