8 years ago, I started my career as a Communications Specialist, which eventually led me to Employer Branding. For the past 5 years, that's what I've been doing - helping companies and employees stand out.

Imagine my role as a luxurious feature in a car, like heated/cooled seats. You don't need them to drive, but once you've experienced the comfort and convenience, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
